  Dr Hoang, Nguyen and Vincent are great but Dr Farah is incredibly rude and can barely speak English. Wouldn't recommend seeing her. If not for multiple bad experiences with her than I would have given 5 stars.

  Waiting times are a disaster at times and most of the doctors are not knowledgeable and rude . Not sure how they got their licenses . Waste of time . I have a special needs child who I was told several times to “ control his behavior “ are you kidding me? I kept telling the doctor over and over he’s special needs do you know what that means ? She was just rude as hell. Go back to your country if you hate speaking English and being in Australia.

  I can confirm that every time I have gone in, the receptionist COULD SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. Also the doctors WERE PROFESSIONAL in their dealings with me. I am happy with my experiences here so far and have been coming here for over five years now.

  Shocking practice. One of the doctors here used Google to diagnose me. Really??? Everyone knows not to use Google. One time I was told to leave and go to the hospital because I was either having a heart attack or stroke. Turns out it was a panic attack. The doctor almost killed me telling me I was gonna have a heart attack or stroke mind you if that's what you think is happening then why would you tell the patient to drive themself to the hospital??? This place is only good for a medical certificate and that's it! The need to go!

  Horrible experience today will be going elsewhere. Rude and very unprofessional doctor! Only go here when I have no other choice!
