    Very rude and unapologetic staff. Young, unexpected and arrogant manager whose only concern is to outsmart you and not to solve the issue. Simply not worth it.

    Took my daughter here for a bday party, as soon as I walked in i can feel the heat, even though the fan was on but all u can feel is hot air blowing at your face. I would never book a party here for my kids. It feels like a volcano... the poor staff and children that have to be here

    I held my Daughters 7th Birthday here. The staff were all so polite and helpful. The party ran smoothly and i was very pleased with the facilities and service :)

    Staff didn't really do anything other than be on their phones and talk to each other the whole time.. didn't really keep an eye out of the kids. Go during the day if youre after a quiet visit

    Over priced and very bad service... Very hot inside .. No aircon. In two words " poorly service ".. won't waist our time again.
